Optometric Physician
Dr. Darlene Anker is uniquely qualified to take care of all your eye health needs, from comprehensive eyecare to medical eyecare and specialty contact lenses. She is a past President of the local chapter of the American Optometric Association and past Coordinator for the PHC Bellingham (Project Homeless Connect, vision section), a yearly consortium of different needed services for the homeless community. As an active volunteer doctor for the Lions Club Haskell Eye Clinic, she sees patients that are in need of medical eye treatment and vision needs. Most recently Dr. Anker has participated in a yearly health fair in Maple Falls that occurs in May. In addition to these activities she attends about 25-30 hours of continuing education yearly and that helps her keep abreast of the most up-to-date industry standards, new technology and key learnings. This knowledge translates into overall excellent eyecare, keeping with our mission statement: PRESERVING AND ENHANCING YOUR VISION FOR LIFE’S PRECIOUS MOMENTS
Dr. Anker and her husband, Harry, make their home in Lynden. They have two college graduates with their son currently working in the Air Force in Ogden, UT. Their son is married and Dr. Anker and Harry have two young grandsons to spoil. Their daughter is currently working in the field of accounting and is working in the Seattle area. In her spare time Dr. Anker enjoys fellowship and being active in her church, hiking, and cycling.

Dr. Lydia Pan has been practicing optometry since 1998. She graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. She grew up in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada and has been living and practicing in Bellingham since 2000. She has participated in eye care mission trips and volunteer work throughout the years. She is excited to provide thorough and quality eye care for you. She enjoys traveling, movies, kayaking and spending time with family, friends and her English Bulldog.

Dr. Rohit Sachdeva
Dr. Sachdeva brings over 10 years of experience in the field of optometry, providing comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry after completing his Bachelor of Science at Simon Fraser University.
During his clinical training, Dr. Sachdeva gained extensive experience in ocular disease management at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in San Jose and the Eye Center of South Florida. He also completed specialized training in pediatric eye care, including infant vision exams and binocular vision management, as well as advanced contact lens fittings such as orthokeratology and scleral lenses.
Originally from India and raised in British Columbia, Dr. Sachdeva now calls the Pacific Northwest home. He is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality eye care and is happy to provide eye exams in Hindi and Punjabi.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sachdeva enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
